Edit with extra info because I've been calcing this: At max hp, zcb beats bofa by 4.29%. Rubies start having lower spec at ~500 hp, and equals bofa at ~440 hp with 7.20 dps. So it's better, but a 0.3 dps increase isn't crazy. If I only had bofa I wouldn't worry about it.
